The project involves the refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension of a 3 storey mid terrace house in Islinton, London. The house sits on a constrained site with a lovely back garden and period features which are given special attention during the course of design development.
Use of recycled materials in an innovative manner and maximisation of light are key considerations for the design stages to increase illumination levels in the centre of the floor plan and achieve reduction in carbon footprint through the construction and life cycle of the project.
