This project involves an elegant redesign and refurbishment of a two bedroom apartment on the first floor of a Victorian end of terrace conversion near Stamford Hill station.

The apartment has been finished to a high standard, while lovingly retaining and displaying the original period features and charm of the house. The new kitchen, bathroom, built-in joinery and finishes have been designed with a budget-conscious approach and compliment the original style of the house while simultaneously adding brightness through the use of colours and plants in the apartment.

Through the redesign and refurbishment, beyonddesign was able to help the owners to improve the value of their property and achieve a tri-fold return on their investment.
